Trip to Montreal
TiredWhen are we going? March 20th. We'll be there until the 29th. My friend ~Midnight-Dark-Angel is going down the weekend of the 27th for her boyfriend's birthday. There's four hours of distance between them.
I guess I need to brush up on my French some before Esme and I go. Good thing I know a fair bit, though making sure I know enough for the trip would be a good idea. Gabrielle (MDA) is getting her French back. Okay, her first language is English, but she took French up to grade nine, and because of the course level could not continue with it. So she's re-learning French thanks to her boyfriend Dave. She has a few fears, like that some of Dave's friends or family won't approve of her because she can't speak French fluently. I gotta admit, those are reasonable concerns when you consider that the English are normally prejudice against the French, and the French prejudice against the English. If I were in her shoes, I'd be worried to. Hopefully everything will be okay though.
Anyway. I have a new photo to share. Hopefully I can get some more soon. Though for my trip to Montreal with my wife I'm leaving my camera at the hotel 90% of the time. I'd rather experience Montreal than photograph it...
And I'm off to bed... shouldn't be up at 4:15 AM
